Timothy G. McNulty
Picture Mr. McNulty joined the law firm of Milberg & DePhillips in 1992. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation and trials including, personal injury cases, products liability, business and real estate litigation in courts throughout California as well as Arizona, where he is also a member of the Arizona State Bar. Mr. McNulty represents clients in civil claims as either plaintiffs or defendants and has experience in all aspects of litigation including jury and bench trials.

Mr. McNulty also has extensive experience handling appellate court matters at the firm and also from prior work clerking for Justice Gilbert Nares, California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District in San Diego, and as a law clerk in the Appellate Division of the Office of the California Attorney General, San Diego branch office.

Mr. McNulty serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court, North County Branch.

Mr. McNulty was born in Los Angeles in 1966 and grew up in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. He obtained his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1991 and was admitted to the California and Arizona State Bars in 1992. When not working on cases, Mr. McNulty enjoys deep-sea fishing, surfing, golf and playing guitar.
