Practice primarily focused upon all aspects of business law and litigation from startup to dissolution, including bankruptcy, insolvency, business reorganization and related appellate work in state and federal court. Mr. Carlson has significant experience in representing debtors, secured creditors and unsecured creditors in a variety of forums including bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy adversary proceedings and state court receivership proceedings.

This practice covers a broad range of matters including relief from stay, nondischargeability, preference, fraudulent conveyance, plan confirmation and appellate advocacy. Among the areas of emphasis in the commercial field are corporate formation, contracts, collection, real estate matters and trademarks. Mr. Carlson is AV rated.
